We love the ivy leaf design of this vintage charm. The Victorians believed ivy symbolised everlasting love and was also sometimes used with the phrase 'I cling to thee' so we think this was likely a later take on Victorian design with such a sentimental secret meaning!
The charm has vibrant green enamel detail to the front and is set with a glinting diamond too. The charm is made of gold which tests as 9ct, the charm is unhallmarked.
The charm measures approx 20.4mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 13.7mm wide by aprox 3.2mm deep and weighs approx 1g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but it does show some signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold, diamond and enamel. There is some damage to the left hand (9 o'clock) pointed leaf. The jump ring is a newer 9ct gold addition and is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
