SHIPPING OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD
Thank you so much for your support - we have now finished shipping orders for Christmas. We hope you have a wonderful time over the holidays!
We will next be shipping orders on 29th December 2021.
Due to COVID-19, we're currently not always able to ship orders the next working day as we are trying to limit our contact with third parties to play our part in slowing the spread of the virus. We're currently posting two-three times a week.
All orders placed up until 11am GMT on 23rd December 2021 will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery for Christmas delivery. However, we do recommend purchasing as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment as the guaranteed Christmas delivery date can change as we get closer to the 25th depending on Royal Mail's capacity.
All orders placed after 11am GMT on 23rd December 2021 will be shipped on 29th December 2021. We will then next ship orders on 4th January 2022 and normal service will then resume.
To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Our shipping provider has given approximate last postage dates for international delivery before Christmas (see below) but due to high volumes of post, Covid restrictions and possible customs delays, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas with these cut off dates - please note they are just advisory.

USA - 10th December 2021
All international orders placed on or after 23rd December 2021 will be shipped on 29th December 2021. We will then next ship orders on 4th January 2022 and normal service will then resume. Please note that due to Covid-19, there are currently some delays to international shipping:
US parcels are taking approx 2-3 weeks to arrive once shipped
Canada parcels are taking approx 4 weeks to arrive once shipped
New Zealand parcels are taking approx 4 weeks to arrive once shipped
All our orders are shipped with tracking and we send these details to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please note, we do not have any extra information other than what can be viewed via the tracking.
