Here are our last shipping dates before Christmas. We always recommend ordering as early as possible, especially if outside the UK, if you are purchasing items for Christmas presents to avoid disappointment.

Please note that these are the recommended dates by both Royal Mail and DHL Express with time added for us to process and package your order. We cannot guarantee that orders placed close to or on these dates will be delivered in time for Christmas. These dates can change depending on the courier's parcel volume leading up to Christmas and when ordering from outside the UK, parcels do also need to pass through your country's customs system which can add extra shipping time.

Please place you order by 5pm GMT on Thursday 18th December 2025.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (not Saturday guaranteed) and require a signature on delivery.

If you are outside of the UK

For orders sent with a value of up to £350 via Royal Mail​​

We use Royal Mail International Signed / Tracked and Signed for these orders. Our last shipping dates are:

Thursday 4th December 2025 - Australia, New Zealand

Friday 5th December 2025 - USA and Canada

If you'd like to upgrade your shipping method to DHL Express please see the information below on last shipping dates for DHL Express and email info@kategoldjewellery.com. This will be at an additional shipping cost.

For orders sent with a value of over £350 via DHL Express​

We use DHL Express for these orders which requires a signature on delivery. Our last shipping dates are:

9am GMT on Friday 12th December 2025

Please note these dates are just a guide and we cannot guarantee delivery in time to Christmas if you are outside of the UK. We send all tracking details when a parcel is shipped via email, this is the only information we have on the location of the parcel once it is in transit.

Shipping after the last Christmas dates​

We will continue to ship international orders up until 19th December 2025 and UK orders up until 22nd December 2025. After these dates, shipping will resume on Monday 5th January 2026.
