Here are our last shipping dates before Christmas. We always recommend ordering as early as possible, especially if outside the UK, if you are purchasing items for Christmas presents to avoid disappointment.

Please note that these are the recommended dates by both Royal Mail and DHL Express with time added for us to process and package your order. We cannot guarantee that orders placed close to or on these dates will be delivered in time for Christmas. These dates can change depending on the courier's parcel volume leading up to Christmas and when ordering from outside the UK, parcels do also need to pass through your country's customs system which can add extra shipping time.

If you are in the UK

Please place you order by 10am Monday 23rd December 2024. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm and require a signature on delivery.

If you are outside of the UK

​​

International orders - Australia, Switzerland and Norway up to £270 and rest of World up to £300

We use Royal Mail International Tracked / Tracked and Signed for these orders. Our last shipping dates are:

Thursday 5th December 2024 - Australia, New Zealand and Norway

Wednesday 11th December 2024 - USA 

Friday 13th December 2024 - Singapore and Switzerland.

If you'd like to upgrade your shipping method to DHL Express please see the information below on last shipping dates for DHL Express and email info@kategoldjewellery.com. This will be at an additional shipping cost.

Due to Canada Post's current postal strike, orders placed with shipping to Canada can currently only be shipped via DHL Express.

 

International orders - Australia, Switzerland and Norway over £270 and rest of World £300 and over

We use DHL Express for these orders which requires a signature on delivery. Our last shipping dates are:

Tuesday 10th December 2024 at 8am GMT - Norway, Switzerland

Friday 13th December 2024 at 8am GMT - Australia and New Zealand

Monday 16th December 2024 at 8am GMT - Canada and USA

Please note these dates are just a guide and we cannot guarantee delivery in time to Christmas if you are outside of the UK. We send all tracking details when a parcel is shipped via email, this is the only information we have on the location of the parcel once it is in transit.

Shipping after the last Christmas dates​

We will continue to ship international orders up until 20th December 2024 and UK orders up until 23rd December 2024. After these dates, shipping will resume on Friday 3rd January 2025.
