As we are based in the UK, if you order from us from Friday 22nd August 2025, you will need to factor in paying USA customs taxes and duties when placing your order. These fees are in addition to your order total with us and will be charged and collected via DHL Express before your parcel is delivered. Currently all USA parcels will be shipped via DHL Express and once shipped, DHL will bill you for these fees before delivery.  ​​

Please make sure you are happy to pay these tariffs to receive your parcel before purchasing. We cannot control what is charged and this charge is your responsibility to pay. The USA tariff for items made in the UK is 10% and DHL will also calculate a handling charge for paying these tariffs.

Previously we charged a lower delivery fee for orders under £300 in value and used Royal Mail/USPS to ship these orders. We've had to suspend this delivery service at the moment whilst Royal Mail update their systems to process these new fees. This service will be available again at checkout once Royal Mail have updated their systems. We are also looking into adapting our website so you can choose to pay the USA Tariff in advance (Delivered Duty Paid DDP) at checkout. We will keep you updated on when this will be available.

As per our policy for customs and duty fees for all international customers, the fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If we are charged for a return parcel due to the customs fees not being paid, these fees will be deducted from your refund along with any restocking and shipping fees incurred on the returned parcel once we receive it.
