We love finding antique chains, they seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days too! This particular gold chain has a really lovely faceted belcher link and trio ball detail. Not to mention a very handy dog clip clasp too. 
 
This antique chain is such a versatile piece for your jewellery box and a real timeless piece too! Wear it on its own, layer it with other chains or add charms/pendants to the dog clip clasp. So many different looks in one!
 
The chain is made of 9ct gold, the dog clip is marked 'ACC' and '9c' for 9ct gold. The chain itself isn't hallmarked but has been tested. The dog clip, belcher link and smaller faceted balls are quite a warm, rose tone of gold and the three central ball details are yellower in tone.
 
The chain measures just over 29 1/2 inches long in total, approx 29 3/4 inches, including the dog clip clasp. The belcher link measures approx 3.3mm wide, the central ball in each trio measures approx 5.8mm in diameter while the two outer faceted ball details measure approx 5mm in diameter. The chain weighs approx 15g in total.
 
Condition - The chain is in good antique condition with some signs of age and wear including some surface wear to the gold and links. The dog clip still works well and the links are in good condition. Please see photos.
