We love a charm with a story and this vintage sterling silver opening charm has just that! It's been designed to represent Laika, one of the first animals to go to space.
The charm is shaped like a spaceship and opens to reveal a tiny dog inside.
The charm is made of sterling silver, unhallmarked but tested. The charm measures approx 20mm tall by approx 15.3mm wide by approx 14.8mm deep (not including the jump ring) and weighs approx 4g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear and patina to the silver throughout. The hinge mechanism still works well and the charm clicks closed. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.

Items sent outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail's International signed for service, which offers insurance for up to £250 and tracking.
