Ever dreamt of owning your own countryside retreat? Well we can't help you with the real thing but this vintage sterling silver opening cottage charm is the next best thing! 

The charm is made of sterling silver and is marked 'STERLING SILVER' to a prettily patterned base. The charm has beautiful detailing throughout, right down to a little picket fence around the garden with a slight open gate that looks as if it's inviting you in.

Each roof tile and brick has been marked out and the windows are tiny little holes in the silver so you can try and peek inside. The house opens up to reveal even more details inside too, including a bed, chair, dressing table and rug. 

The charm has a lovely weight to it of approx 5.1g and measures approx 11.3mm tall by 16.1mm wide (not including the attached split ring) by 12.1mm deep. When worn the charm hangs sideways.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear and tarnishing to the silver. The hinge of the house works well and the charm closes firmly. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
