This vintage sterling silver articulated fish charm is such a great large size. Fully detailed throughout, the fish is also articulated so its body moves from side to side as if it is swimming. A great charm for a Pisces, someone who loves to fish or perhaps a keen swimmer!
The charm is detailed all the way around, complete with scales, sweet 'ball/'bobble' details and an open mouth. We love how the charm has been made up of five pieces, each connected with a silver post to give the charm wonderful movement.
The charm is made of silver, unhallmarked, and likely dates to around the 1960/70s.
The charm measures approx 15.3mm wide by approx 45.3mm long (not including the jump ring) by approx 7.5mm deep and weighs approx 7.2g in total. The charm is hollow in the middle.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some signs of age and wear, including some surface wear and tarnishing. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. When worn, the fish hangs vertically due to the jump ring placement. Please see photos.
