This vintage gold fish charm is such a lovely petite size and is wonderfully detailed throughout. It's articulated so its body moves from side to side as if it is swimming. A great charm for a Pisces, someone who loves to fish or perhaps a keen swimmer! The fish has two little pink glinting ruby eyes too.
The charm is made of 9ct gold, unhallmarked but tested. Without hallmarks, it's hard to date the charm exactly but we think it's likely circa 1950s in age.
The charm measures approx 8mm tall by approx 19.2mm long (not including the jump ring) by approx 3.6mm deep and weighs approx 0.65g in total. The charm is hollow in the middle.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light signs of age and wear, including light surface wear to the gold and stone eyes. The ring at the fish's mouth that the jump ring attaches to has worn thin at one side. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. When worn, the firsh hangs vertically. Please see photos.
