Said to symbolise the sun, imperial topaz is believed to help people recharge when they feel overwhelmed and overworked.

This beautiful piece of imperial topaz has been set with gold fittings so it can be worn in a charm collection or as a pendant and the stone has been left in a natural state with raw, rough edges and a pointed tip.

When held to the light the stone has wonderful tones of oranges and yellows and beautiful natural inclusions.

The charm measures approx 21.4mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.2mm wide by aprox 7.2mm deep and weighs approx 2.5g in total. The fittings to the top are made of yellow gold which test as at least 9ct gold (unhallmarked). The jump ring is a paler in colour than the gold fitting.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but it does show some signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the topaz stone and gold fittings. The stone has rough, raw edges to it with some nibbles and inclusions to the stone. The gold fitting looks to be glued to the stone, possibly with a partially drilled post, so we don't recommend letting the piece come into contact with liquids as this could weaken the fitting over time. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.

*Please note the chain and box pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
