We can't help but fall for a vintage gold dog charms when we see one, regardless of the breed! This is such a lovely dog charm that looks like a shepherd or collie breed. It has sweet fur details to its neck
The charm is made of gold that tests as 9ct, the charm is unhallmarked. Without hallmarks it's hard to date the charm exactly but we think it's likely circa 1950s in age.
The charm measures approx 18.3mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 23.5mm wide by approx 5.2mm deep and weighs approx 7.2g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some signs of age and wear, including some surface wear to the gold which has smoothed over/worn smooth some of the details to the dog. The dog's front right foot isn't as defined as the front left foot. The jump ring is currently pushed closed and is yellower in tone. Please see photos.
