We can't help but fall for a vintage gold dog charm when we see one, regardless of the breed! This vintage gold dog charm does look a little sad so we couldn't help but want to rehome it. We think it might be some sort of hound breed, perhaps a basset hound. 
 
The charm is made of gold, unhallmarked but tests as at least 9ct gold. It is detailed to the front and is plain to the back with a small airhole, the charm is hollow in the centre.
 
The charm measures approx 12.3mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 15.3mm wide by approx 1.5mm deep and weighs approx 0.7g in total.
 
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
