Said to symbolise cleverness, foxes are known an as cunning creatures. In some cultures, they are viewed as a guide to help you navigate the spirit world too!

We love the detail that's gone into highlighting this beautiful fox's face and it even has two glinting glass faux diamond eyes too.

The charm is made of gold that tests as 9ct, it is unhallmarked, and it looks to have been converted into a charm at some point in time, likely from a stick pin that was attached to the back of the fox's head.

The charm measures approx 8.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 8mm wide by approx 5mm deep and weighs approx 0.4g. The charm is hollow in the centre, there is a small hole to the back of the fox's head and also to the fox's nose.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear, including some surface wear to the gold and glass eyes. There are marks to the back of the fox's head from where likely a pin was once attached. There is also a small hole to the back of the head and a hole to the fox's nose too. The jump ring is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.

*Please note the antique box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
