This vintage signet ring is absolutely fabulous! Made of 9ct gold, the face features a phoenix rising through the flames a symbol that represents renewal, rebirth and to rise again.

The ring is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks inside the shank for the maker 'CG&S', 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'V' that looks to be for 1945 but could possibly be for 1920.

Ring size - approx a US 4.75 / approx a UK J, due to the ring's size and it's chunky design it does feel to wear smaller than it measures on a ring mandrel.

The ring weighs approx 5.4g and the face measures approx 13.8mm by 12.9mm. The shank tapers down to approx 3.4mm wide at the back of the shank.

Condition - The ring is in good, wearable vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear. There is surface wear to the gold throughout, inside and outside of the shank, giving the ring a worn and lived in feel. Please see photos.

*Please note the antique box and ring mandrel pictured are not included in the sale but the ring will be shipped in a new presentation ring box and pouch*
