This sweet set of vintage 1970s gold keys spells out ‘I LOVE YOU’ with each of the letters on the bottom of each key. We think they may likely be a symbol of a 'key to your heart' - such a romantic charm to give to your loved one, or to gift to yourself as a reminder to love yourself too!
The charm is made of 9ct gold, wry British hallmarks on three of the keys for 9ct gold, one key is stamped for the maker ‘RCo’ and one key has the London Assay Office hallmark and the date letter ‘r’ for 1972.
The charm weighs approx 2.5g in total and each key measures approx 16.5mm tall (not including the ring that all of the keys connect to).
Condition - the charm is in good vintage condition with some light signs of age and wear including some light surface wear to the gold. There is a jump ring attached to the ring that all the keys are attached to, it splits the phrasing of the charm due to where it has been placed. This jump ring is currently soldered closed.
