We struggle to resist antique and vintage snake jewellery and this particular piece is such a sweet snake! Shaped like an pretzel knot, the snake is set with glinting paste stones to its body and a vibrant green paste stone to its head.
The snake is made of silver, marked 935 to the back which is a higher grade of silver than sterling silver which is 925. There is a small ring to both the left and right sides of the snake so it could be attached to a bracelet chain or necklace to make it a wearable piece. There is also a small ring to the snake's head where a tiny charm could be added, we think it would be perfect for a tiny heart!
It weighs approx 1.7g and measures approx 13.4mm tall (including the ring at the snake's head) by approx 19.6mm wide (including the ring to each side) by approx 3.2mm deep.
Condition - The snake is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear. There is surface wear to the silver and paste stones. Please note that this piece is being sold as is and will need attaching to a chain or jump rings added to be able to wear. Please see photos.
