How lovely are these miniature vintage gold, gold mining tools!? There's a tiny axe, shovel and a gold nugget - it's hard to pick a favourite.
All three are linked together by the same gold jump ring to make up the charm and all move freely too so the charm has great movement when worn. It would be perfect for someone who has a family connection to the history of gold mining!
The charm is made of 9ct gold with British hallmarks to the ace for 9ct gold, Sheffield and the date letter 'E' for 1979. The shovel is also hallmarked for 9ct gold.
The shovel measures approx 18.6mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 6.5mm wide, the axe measures approx 17.6mm tall by approx 9.5mm wide and the gold nugget measures approx 9.5mm tall by approx 5.2mm wide. Together the charm weighs approx 1.9g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show some light signs of age and wear, including some light surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.
