Known as a symbol of Ireland, we like to think this vintage gold shamrock carries a little 'luck of the Irish' with it. Made of 9ct gold, the shamrock has three pieces of inlaid Irish Connemara green marble to highlight each heart-shaped leaf.
The charm is hallmarked for 9ct gold to the back with Irish hallmarks for Ireland, 9ct gold, and what looks to be the date letter 'a' for 1968.
The charm measures approx 16.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 17.3mm wide by approx 1.7mm deep. The charm weighs approx 1.7g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show some signs of age and wear. The marble pieces have some surface wear, nibbles and some lines to them. Both the marble pieces and gold do have surface wear. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
