We can't help but fall for a vintage gold dog charm when we see one, regardless of the breed! This vintage gold Dachshund dog charm is such a sweetie, with its beautiful detailing throughout and it's solid too!
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks for what looks to be the maker 'BLD', 9ct gold, London and what looks to be the date letter 'l' for 1966. The hallmarks are now a little worn and some are hard to read clearly.
The charm measures approx 9.2mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 17.2mm nose to tail by approx 4.3mm deep and weighs approx 2.1g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show some signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
