We love a charm that moves and this vintage gold charm is a symbol of an old fashioned saying! Featuring a fly with a moving clock in the centre, it represents the phrase 'time flies'.
The charm is wonderfully detailed throughout and there is a little loop at the back that actually turns the clock hands too.
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks to the back for 9ct gold, London and the date letter 'l' for 1966. There is also a maker's mark to the back too but it is difficult to make out clearly due to the pattern on the gold.
The charm weighs approx 2.85g and measures approx 20.1mm tall (not including the jump ring) by 18.2mm wide by 5.5mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light signs of age and wear, including surface wear and tarnishing to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the antique box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
