This vintage gold 1960s charm is such an unusual one. Triangular in shape, it features the word 'ABRACADABRA' which shortens with each line. The word abracadabra is believed to have originated from the ancient Aramaic language. It has links to the phrase ‘avra kedabra’ which translates to ‘I create as I speak’.

The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks to the back for 9ct gold, London and the date letter 'k' for 1965. There is also a maker's mark but it's hard to read clearly.

The charm weighs approx 1.8g and measures approx 16.6mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 16.8mm wide by approx 1.8mm deep.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.

*Please note the antique box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
