This vintage gold bird in flight charm has wonderful detailing throughout with its wings spread as if in mid-flight. We're not sure exactly what bird it is supposed to be but we think it looks a little like a kingfisher or snipe.
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks underneath the bird for 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'p' for 1964.
The charm measures approx 20mm beak to tail feathers by 23mm in wing span (not including the jump ring) and weighs approx 2.2g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light signs of age and wear, including some light surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the chain and box pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch*
