This has to be one of the most fun and quirky charms we've found! We love a quirky piece of jewellery and this charm is just that. Incredibly detailed throughout, there is a door to the bottom of the bath that opens with a very cheeky view inside!
The charm is made of 9ct gold with British hallmarks for what looks to be the maker 'SP' or 'SD' (this mark is quite hard to read clearly), 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'N' for 1962. The inside of the door/flap that opens at the bottom of the bath also has a 9ct gold hallmark.
The charm weighs approx 3g and measures approx 12.2mm tall by aprox 20.5mm long (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.9mm wide.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with light surface wear to the gold. The hinge on the door to the botom of the bath works well and the door closes with a click to stay closed firmly. It can be a little fiddly to open as the latch on the door sits tightly to the edge of the bath. The jump ring is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the antique box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
