This beautiful vintage solid gold charm depicts a kneeling lady with wheat bundles in her hands, known as the harvest maiden, she is the symbol of the star sign Virgo.
The charm is made of solid 9ct gold with British hallmarks to both arms. One arm has the maker's mark 'PPLD' and the other arm has the 9ct gold hallmark, the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark and the date letter that looks to be 'L' for 1960.
The charm weighs approx 2.85g and measures approx 17.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 8.9mm wide by approx 5.6mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear including some surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
