How special is this antique gold and enamel charm!? We think it was made to commemorate the new century as the charm reads '1900' with a shamrock and a four leaf clover above. The shamrock and four leaf clover have pretty green enamel and the openwork detail highlights both the year and shamrock and clover beautifully.
The charm is made of 9ct gold and is marked '9ct' to the back. There is also a registered mark 'REGD 350672' to the back too.
The charm measures approx 18mm in diameter (not including the jump ring) by approx 0.65mm deep. The charm weighs approx 1.25g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good antique condition but the enamel shows significant signs of age and wear with enamel loss to both the shamrock and four leaf clover. There is some surface wear to the gold, front and back. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
