This sweet antique gold map of Ireland and Northern Ireland charm would make the perfect addition to a collection to symolise your love for the countries. We love the vibrant green enamel and that the capital city or Ireland, Dublin, has been highlighted on the map too using a diamond!
The charm is made of 9ct gold and is marked '9ct' to the back. The front of the charm features the most beautiful, vivid shade of green enamel that is in wonderful condition. Without hallmarks, it's hard to date the charm exactly but we think it likely dates to before 1921 which was when Ireland was partitioned to create Northern Ireland.
The charm weighs approx 1.25g and measures approx 17mm tall (not including the jump ring) by 10.3mm wide by 1mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good antique condition with light surface wear to the gold, enamel and diamond. The enamel overall is in excellent condition with no visible chips. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
