Said to symbolise cleverness, foxes are known an as cunning creatures. In some cultures, they are viewed as a guide to help you navigate the spirit world too!
We love the detail that's gone into highlighting this beautiful fox's face and it even has two glinting pinky/red garnet eyes too.
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks to the fox's chin for 9ct gold, London and what looks to be the date letter 'g' for 1962.
The charm measures approx 11.7mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.7mm wide by approx 6.6mm deep and weighs approx 1.7g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show some signs of age and wear, includng some light surface wear to the gold. The garnet eyes do also show signs of age and wear, the left has a small chip which isnt' really visible until close inspection. The jump ring is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
