For many the number thirteen is considered unlucky, but some people consider this a very lucky number - we love the vastly different feelings people have about this particular number and fell in love when we found this vintage gold charm as someone definitely saw it as lucky for them! Or maybe they were big fans of Friday 13th!?
The charm is made of 9ct gold has British hallmarks on the back. These are now quite rubbed and worn so are hard to make out fully, but the 9ct gold and Birmingham cna just about be read. Without being able to read the date letter hallmark, it's hard to date the charm exactly but we believe it likely dates to the 1960s.
The charm weighs approx 0.75g and is hollow in the middle. The charm measures approx 13.3mm in diameter (approx 19.6mm tall including the jump ring) by approx 2mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the antique box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
