Associated with wisdom and freedom, eagle charms are lovely pieces to add to your collection to symbolise you soaring and having strength. This vintage gold eagle charm is a fantastic statement size and has lovely deatiling to the front that depicts an eagle with its wings spread and talons stretched out.
The charm is made of 9ct yellow gold, marked '9ct' to the back and the attached bail is also marked for 9ct gold with an import mark. The front is detailed and the back is slightly concave in the middle. without full hallmarks, it's hard to date the charm exactly but given its style, we believe it's likely 1970s/80s in age.
The charm measures approx 24mm tall (not including the bail) by approx 42.8mm wide by approx 8.8mm deep and weighs approx 4.75g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold. The bail is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.
