We love searching for vintage and antique animal charms as you never know what you're going to come across next. Just like this gorgeous little vintage gold 1960s penguin!
The penguin has such beautiful detailing throughout and we love how it's pointing its beak up into the air!
The charm is made of 9ct yellow gold and has British hallmarks for the maker 'HG&S', 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'L' for 1960.
The charm measures approx 16.6mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.5mm wide by approx 4.1mm deep and the charm weighs approx 1.65g in total. The charm is detailed to the front and concave to the back.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold. The charm looks to have been made by casting so there are some small irregularities to the gold from when the charm was made. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
