We can't help but fall for a vintage gold dog charm when we see one, regardless of the breed! This vintage gold spaniel dog charm is such a sweetie, just look at the attention to detail when it comes to the fur and that floppy ear!
The charm has wonderful detail to the front and is plain to the back. The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British marks on the back for the maker 'PPLD' and '9ct'. Without full hallmarks, it's hard to date the charm exactly but we think it's likely circa 1950s in age.
The charm measures approx 12.1mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 19.9mm wide nose to tail by approx 2.1mm deep and weighs approx 1.6g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light signs of age and wear, including light surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
