Keys are such symbolic items, we love that key charms can have so many different meanings. Some people give key charms for milestone birthdays, like turning 18 or 21, as a representation of the 'key to the door' when becoming an adult. They also make great charms to symbolise moving home or to give to someone who holds the key to your heart.
This vintage gold key charm is such a sweet piece, it would look lovely worn on a chain on its own, or mixed in and worn in a cluster of other charms too for a more layered look.
It's made of 9ct gold with British hallmarks for 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'O' for 1963. The charm measures approx 20.4mm long (not including the jump ring) by approx 8.3mm wide and weighs approx 0.5g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light signs of age and wear, including some light surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed.
*Please note the chain and box pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch*
