We know it's good manners never to look inside somebody's handbag, but you just have to peek inside this vintage sterling silver bag/purse charm!
 
The bag is beautifully detailed to both sides and there's a silver chain at the top that acts as the handle. The bag is hinged and opens to reveal the inside which is large enough to hold a couple of photos, one to each side, or even another small memento. 
 
The charm is made of sterling silver and is marked '925' to the inside. 
 
The bag/purse section measures approx 23.5mm tall (approx 44.8mm tall including the chain handle) by approx21.6mm wide by approx 10.2mm deep and weighs approx 5.2g.
 
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear, including surface wear and tarnishing in places to both the inside and out of the charm. The hinge still works well and the charm firmly closes. Please see photos.
