Vintage enamel playing card charms are one of our absolute favourites to find as they are becoming so rare and are highly collectable. This vintage silver and enamel Queen of Diamonds playing card charm has such lovely details too, we found it along with a matching King of Diamonds charm that is also listed separately on our website - we think they'd make such a lovely pair, especially worn as on silver hoops as mismatched charm earrings.
Highly collectable, this vintage silver playing card has such lovely enamel detailing to depict the card's details. Perhaps you love to play cards or you'd like to gift it to the queen in your life, it could symbolise a vartiey of different things!
The charm is made of silver, tested as it is unhallmarked. There looks to have possibly been marks on the tiny loop at the top and the back of the charm at one point but these are now very worn.
The charm measures approx 21.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 12.5mm wide by approx 1.1mm deep and weighs approx 2.6g.
Condition - The charm does show signs of age and wear, including some wear to both the silver and enamel. There is enamel loss in places and some pitting to the silver. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
