Here's what's inside box two of our 12 Days of Christmas (or Charm-mas if you will!) Advent Calendar... a vintage 1970s gold little mouse charm! The charm is available at the special discounted price until we open box three tomorrow at 6pm GMT (3rd December 2022) too.

The mouse has such beautiful detailing throughout and we love how its tail curls upwards! We can't help but think of the festive poem by Clement Clarke Moore that reads:

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse'

The charm is made of 9ct yellow gold, marked '9C' to one side. The charm measures approx 12.9mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 10.9mm wide by approx 4mm deep and the charm weighs approx 0.4g in total. The charm is detailed to both sides and hollow to the middle.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold. The gold of the mouse’s body is a little redder in colour than the mouse’s head. There looks to be a small indent to the gold on the mouse’s body but we think the charm has been made this way ti give the body some more definition. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.

*Please note the chain and box pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch*
