We love finding skull themed jewels and this vintage gold skull charm is one of the most detailed we've ever found! Incredibly detailed throughout, it has a garnet set in one of the eye sockets and also two snakes slithering over the skull too!
The charm is made of 9ct gold, the skull itself is unhallmarked but tested. The jump ring has hallmarks for 9ct gold, Birmingham and the maker 'GA'.
The charm weighs approx 2.2g and measures approx 14.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by 7.6mm wide by approx 7.3mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good wearable condition but does show some signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold. The garnet shows significant signs of wear including a sizeable chip and crack to the stone. The garnet is still secure in its setting. The current attached jump ring is soldered closed.
