We love searching for antique and vintage charms as we never know quite what we're going to find next! Like this unusual vintage large 9ct gold amphora charm that dates to the 1970s.

It has wonderful detailing throughout and is even hollow in the centre too with a closed base like a real vase/vessel.

The charm is made of 9ct gold and has british hallmarks to the base for the maker 'FM', 9ct gold, London and what looks to be the date letter 'C' for 1977 (this mark is now a little worn and hard to read clearly).

The charm measures approx 26.5mmmm tall by approx 17.6mm wide (not including the jump ring)  by approx 13mm deep and the charm weighs approx 3.1g in total.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold. There are some dark marks to the handle in the photos which have since been removed with a second clean. The top opening of the amphora is a little out of round.  The jump ring is currently pushed closed and is attached to one of the handles so the charm hangs at an angle when worn. Please see photos

*Please note the antique chain and box pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch*
