Here's what's inside box 12 of our 12 Days of Christmas (or Charm-mas if you will!) Advent Calendar... a vintage gold opening swan charm that instantly makes us think of going to the ballet at Christmas. The charms is available at the special discounted price until 6pm GMT 13th December 2023 too.
This super sweet opening vintage gold swan charm has been designed to symbolise the famous ballet Swan lake. When opened it reveals a tiny golden ballerina inside!
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks for 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'S' for 1967. There is also a maker's mark but it's hard to read.
The charm measures approx 10.4mm tall by approx 16.8mm wide (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.2mm deep and weighs approx 2.6g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold. The hinge mechanism still works well and the charm clicks closed. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
