This vintage gold 1966 St Christopher medallion is the perfect charm to add to your talisman collection if you travel a lot. The patron saint of travelers, he's said to bring you protection when on a journey (we like to think physically or mentally).
Both the front and back of the charm have lovely raised detailing with one side depicting St Christopher and the other with detailing of a plane, car and boat.
The charm is made of 9ct yellow gold and has British hallmarks on one side for the maker ‘GJLD’, 9ct gold, London and the date letter ‘L’ for 1966.
The charm measures approx 13mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 11mm wide by approx 1.5mm deep and the charm weighs approx 1g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
