This vintage gold moving pair of scissors charm would make a great piece for a seamstress, hair dresser or animal groomer! They are hinged so the blades actually open and close.
The charm is made of 9ct yellow gold and has British hallmarks to one side for the maker 'SP', 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'p' for 1964.
The charm weighs approx 0.65g and measures approx 26.1mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.5mm wide (when closed) by approx 0.6mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. The hinge mechanism is a little stiff so the scissors open and close when pulled and pushed gently.
