This large vintage silver medallion has the most beautful raised detailing to one side depicting Our Lady of Begoña, surrounded by what looked to be little winged angels and the Spanish writing 'NTRH SENORA DE BEGONA'. The other side has been lovingly hand engraved 'Gabby RAMSGATE 1963'.
We love that one side is Spanish and the other has links to an English seaside town - if only it could talk and tell us its story!
The medallion is made of silver (unmarked) and measures approx 25.2mm in diameter (approx 34.5mm tall including the jump ring at the top) and weighs approx 5.3g.
Condition - The medallion is in good vintage condition with some surface wear and patina to the silver. The jump ring is currently soldered closed. Please see photos.
