We love how this vintage gold mermaid charm makes us think of days at the beach, swimming in the ocean. She has beautiful details, right down to her crossed arms and flowing hair, her tail is even hinged in several places so she moves as if she can acutally swim too! A lovely rare charm and a nice large size so she looks great worn as a pendant on her own as well as in a charm collection.
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks on her tail for 9ct gold, the London import mark and the date letter 'h' for 1963. She is detailed all the way around and is hollow in the middle.
The charm measures approx 41.8mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 9.9mm wide by approx 6.7mm deep and weighs approx 2g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some signs of age and wear, including some light surface wear to the gold. All of her hinged sections move well. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
