As jewellery lovers, we fell head over heels when we first laid eyes on this beautiful vintage gold charm! It's perfect for a jewellery lover or someone who is, or is getting, married.
The charm is incredibly detailed to the outside, shaped like a little box with two hearts and a bow to the top. When opened it reveals two tiny gold rings inside, one has a little faux gemstone to look like an engagement ring and the other is a plain gold band to look like a wedding ring!
The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks to the bottom for the maker 'FM' in a heart, 9ct gold, London and the date letter 'g' for 1962.
The charm measures approx 13.1mm tall by approx13mm wide (not including the jump ring) by approx 14mm deep and the charm weighs approx 5.9g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear including some light surface wear to the gold and faux gemstone. The hinge still works well and the charm clicks closed firmly. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
