This vintage gold lifebuoy ring charm would make a great piece for a lifeguard or someone who works at sea. We also love the idea of it symbolising someone who's a lifesaver in other ways, maybe your partner who you couldn't live without, a family member or your best friend!
The charm is made of 9ct yellow gold and has British hallmarks on one side for the maker 'WHC', 9ct gold, Chester and the date letter 'L' for 1961. The charm has beautiful detailing throughout, including a rope to the outer edge. The charm is hollow in the middle and has two small airholes to the back from when the charm was made.
The charm measures approx 18.6mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 16.3mm wide by approx 3mm deep and weighs approx 1g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear to the gold throughout. The hallmarks are now a little rubbed but can still just about be made out. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
