This is such a sweet and rare charm! The gold cheese dish/cloche is wonderfully detailed througout and opens to reveal a tiny mouse caught inside looking like it's about to nibble on a piece of cheese - perfect if you love mice, or cheese, or both!

The charm is made of 9ct gold with British hallmarks on the bottom for the famous charm maker 'Nuvo', 9ct gold, Birmingham and what looks to be the date letter 'M' for 1961. The date letter is now a little rubbed and hard to make out clearly. The top half of the cheese dish/cloche is also marked 9ct gold to the side.

The charm weighs approx 3.9g and measures approx 19.6mm long (not including the jump ring) by approx 11.6mm wide by approx 8.9mm deep. The jump ring is attached to one side of the charm so it hangs vertically when worn.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with just some light signs of age including some light surface wear to the gold. The hinge still works well and the charm clicks securely closed. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.

*Please note the chain and box pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch*
