This gorgeous vintage gold dog in a kennel charm is such a sweet charm. We often find dog charms but hardly ever are they in a miniature dog kennel! We love the three dimensional aspect of the charm as it looks beautiful from all angles. We think the dog looks like a labrador or retriever but we'll leave the final decision up to its new owner!
The charm is made of 10ct gold and is marked '10K' to the bottom. We think it's likely American in origin as we found it along with some other 10ct and 14ct gold charms, likely dating to the 1960s.
The charm measures approx 12.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 14.7mm wide by approx 7.7mm deep and weighs approx 1.9g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear to the gold including some very tiny dings and surface scratches. The kennel is hollow inside and we beleive the dog is hollow in the centre. The jump ring is a newer, 9ct gold ring and is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
