We can't help but think of spring when we look at this sweet vintage gold sheep/lamb charm. Dating to the 1950s, we actually have what looks like its twin listed separately too that was made in the 1970s! You can see them both together in the last photo. We think they would make a cute pair. You can find the other charm available online here.
The charm is made of 9ct gold, marked '9ct' to one side and it has British hallmarks on the other side for 9ct gold, London and the date letter 'C' for 1958. The charm has lovely detailing to both sides and is hollow in the middle.
The charm weighs approx 0.65g and measures approx 11.3mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 14.8mm nose to tail by approx 3.5mm deep.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show some signs of age, including surface wear to the gold and a little rubbing to the detailing. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
*Please note the chain, box and the other sheep/lamb charm pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
