We love finding charms that move, and this vintage gold can can dancers charm can't help but make you smile when you move the lever at the back to make their legs high kick!
We love how detailed the charm is too, from the tiny gold dancers to the curtains framing the stage.
The charm is made 9ct yellow gold with British hallmarks on the back for the maker 'LJ', 9ct gold and what looks to be the date lettter 'b' for 1957. The assay mark is now worn away but we believe it would have been for London.
The charm measures approx 17.6mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 15.7mm wide by approx 5.8mm deep and weighs approx 3.3g.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition but does show signs of age and wear, including surface wear to the gold The lever mechanism still works well. The jump ring is currently pushed closed and does have a tiny old dark solder mark to it. Please see photos.
