Some people believe that horseshoes should be pointing upwards to hold the luck in and others believe they should be pointing downwards to let the luck shower out. Whatever you believe, there's no denying that this is a beautiful horseshoe charm!
Made of yellow gold (tests as 9ct gold, the charm is unhallmarked), it's also studded with seven tiny diamond chips too. So it's super lucky if 7 is your favourite number too! The charm weighs just approx 1g and measures approx 21.5mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 19.2mm wide.
The front of the charm has raised detailing too and the back is plain. The jump ring is connected to one side of the horseshoe so it hangs at an angle when worn.
Condition - The charm is in good antique condition with some surface wear to the gold and diamonds. One of the diamonds does look a little brighter in colour and could be a possible replacement. There are two air holes to the reverse as the horseshoe itself is hollow. There is also a slight indent to the back of the gold. The jump ring is currently pushed closed.
*Please note the box and chain pictured are not included in the sale*
