How fun is this vintage gold whistle charm!? Perfect for a sports coach or perhaps a dog trainer - it even makes a whistle sound when blown too!
The charm is made of 9ct gold with British hallmarks for what looks to be the maker 'R J' (this mark is a little worn and hard to read clearly), 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'n' for 1912.
The charm measures approx 27.7mm tall (not including the jump ring at the top) by approx 7.5mm wide by approx 7.4mm deep and weighs approx 1.3g in total.
Condition - The charm is in good antique condition to say it is over 100 years old but does show signs of age and wear, including surface wear and indents to the gold, particularly where the mouth piece is. The whistle does work when blown. The jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
