Calling all charm lovers, these antique gold split rings make such fabulous charm holders to add to necklaces. This one is a lovely petite size but can still help you wear more charms at once, or spread them out along a chain too so you can see them better when worn.
The split ring acts much like a keyring, so charms can be threaded onto the ring and switched out by hand whenever you'd like to change up your look.
The split ring is made of yellow gold that tests as 18ct. The ring is unhallmarked, which is very common for a piece of this age. We believe it likely dates to the Victorian era, circa late 19th Century.
The split ring weighs approx 0.65g and measures approx 11.5mm in diameter by approx 1.25mm wide.
Condition - The split ring is in good antique condition with some surface wear to the gold throughout. It still well sprung and keeps quite tightly together. Please see photos.
